Once an attendee registers for our event, we make extensive investments and many arrangements to prepare for the event. Therefore we only allow 72 hours for cancellation once you register for the event. If you register for an event with less than 72 hours before the event begins we will not be able to refund your money as we will not have time to fill your seat and we have to pay the venue, our celebrity speakers, and affiliates whether you attend or not. If you are unsure you can attend the event, please do not register as our events tend to sell out. It takes much time and effort to refund a participant, with accounting, sending out new marketing to fill the seat, getting the money back from affiliates and so much more. We do not want to be harsh, we just want to educate you on what it takes to refund someone who was not serious about attending an event. We ask for your consideration in this matter and we will do what we can to help you if you have a concern. We will allow you to give your ticket to someone, allow you to attend the next event of the same type in the future and/or if the event is recorded, make the recording available to you so you can still receive the information.
